WHY DESIGN THINKING GUIDE

The Design Thinking Guide for schools, developed by Design for Change, offers a simple 4 step framework of Feel-Imagine-Do-Share to help develop the 'design thinking mindset' in children.

?The purpose of the guide is to  equip children with the tools to be aware of the world around them, believe that they play a role in shaping that world, and take action toward a more desirable, sustainable future.

    Design Thinking Guide is a 30 hour curriculum for building 21st century skills of Empathy, Collaboration and Problem Solving. It is designed in a workbook model for each student to have ample opportunities to develop the design thinking mindset.

    Design Thinking Guide comes with 30 Lesson Plans and an Assessment Sheet. The lesson plans help teachers to drive the session in their classrooms and the assessment helps to assess the growth of the child through the process of design thinking.
